Workout for the those days you don't feel like working out!  Kick some Ars.!! 

Long long day today.  I did not feel like working out but went home and talked my roommate into working out with me.  ONLY 15 min and it felt great!  I included the link below. The two sisters are fun to workout with and have great CLEAN recipes. This is an interval training 30 seconds of burpees and 45 seconds of an exercise  working on strength, balance and core.
