Have some downtime to finally post on my blog! Cabin fever! UGH!
I can’t handle sitting at home and not able to get out of my town. For those of you not following the news in COLORADO we are under major flooding, especially in the mountain towns, Boulder, Larimer, Adams and parts of Weld County.  It is unbelievable.  Fortunately, my family and myself are safe and dry. Unfortunately, some friends and other family members have become victims of Mother Nature and it’s power.  (14.62 inches of rain total in a 48 hour period, so far)  So, many road closures.  Estes Park is a mess. There is no way in or out but a road that goes over the mountain to another mountain.  They have only one grocery store and no internet, phone or cell service.

My workout for today to keep my mind off the media and “wondering”.

50 squats
10 burpees
10 forward step lunges rt leg ALTERNATE AND REPEAT FOR TOTAL 20 EACH LEG.
10 forward step lunges lft leg
10 burpees
20 brideges using ball under feet
10 pushups
20 count plank hold
10 pushups
