Changing up workout routines

zwow ... HIIT....quick and dirty....

Barrebodies readers, this Pilates instructor has experienced the top 5 stressors or life events in less than 3 months. 1) Marriage (planning the wedding/elopement) 2) selling a home (2 homes) 3) buying a home 4) moving/packing 5) LIFE…

Ok so the 5th one doesn’t count but any little thing feels like a stressor these days.   During all the changes I have found myself gaining weight instead of losing weight!  I have had to reduce my teaching schedule from 12 hours a week to 2!  I haven’t worked out as much as I would have liked to or needed to. 

I have committed to carving out 15 minutes a day to do some type of intense workout.  This is where the HIIT workouts come in.  Zuzka Light!  I have a crushie on this amazing woman. She has inspired me to eat better, feel better about myself.  I plan on blogging my experience on my “journey” in looking for recipes, exercises or fitness programs, workout clothing, playlists ….

I am trying to commit myself to posting at least weekly!  Feel free to offer your comments and or requests on topics.
