Wedding prep

No church bells, however there will be the sounds of waves and feeling the grains of the sand between my toes....... soon! 

Where did the time go?  I can't believe the big day will be here in less than 10 weeks.  YIKES! Like many brides, I find myself wanting to lose a few lbs.  UGH!  Unfortunately, it has been tougher than I thought. I use to be able to cut back on a few calories here and there, increase my cardio and the lbs melted off.  

WELCOME to the 40's!  I thought maybe it was my thyroid.  CHECK, not a problem, all normal.  I have for the most part eaten pretty healthy, in fact my Mexican family teases me on how I am not a "true" Mexican because I don't eat animal lard, pork, beef... to name a few things. 

I have tried harder to follow a Clean Diet. I will be sharing my favorite recipes along my journey to lose a few lbs.  I will also share my favorite exercises as well as my highs and lows through this process.  I would hope my readers would also be so kind to share tips and what has worked for you with your journey to lose a few lbs, in a healthy way. :)

Time for bed. I did read over and over and hear on Dr. Oz that less than 6 hours of sleep can lead to weight gain.  BINGO!  I have slept about 6 hours or less , the last few weeks.  The weekends are usually about 7.  This is my priority.  SO ... goodnight, farewell, we'll see you all tomorrow...
