Like my new font? It’s called CRACKED! That’s how I have been feeling lately. Runned down. Ever felt like that? Giving and giving and giving until you can’t give any longer and then feel spent. UGH!
After making a decision to cut back and prioritize certain things, for now, I feel less CRACKED. I am feeling at ease now. I always go back to what grounds me, Pilates. Breathe! I pull myself together, ground myself in my breath and face things with grace. After teaching a Core Barre class the other day, I felt rejuvenated. Thanks to my students for pushing me into a great workout.
