SHORT ON TIME WORKOUT


Today was a short on time day.... so... perfect TIU Arm workout, only 12 min long!  I added an ab workout from Blogilates, ABS in in a flash.  Please share what workout you do in flash?   

I missed the Purely Twins Kettlebell challenge workout today. Honestly, I have missed MANY of the workouts.  I am on Day 14 of Day 23.
