WED's WORKOUT



Today was a great day! 

I have been struggling with focus and sleep for a long time and found something that works for me. Essential oils. My dad calls me a "hippie" because I don't eat red meat or the other white meat, eat clean, compost, recycle, animal lover... oh and work in Boulder Colorado.  Now I am an "oiler".  I wasn't huge on using chemicals on my body or face, so found DIY recipes using essential oils.  LOVE pinterest!

Here is my latest favorite oil.

Frankincense, Topical/Aromatic

I just completed another workout from 21 day fix! I completed the PLYO workout. I am starting the Challenge in a week.  This workout always KICKS my butt!  You will definitely get a leg workout, along with a mean cardio burn.  My average caloric burn is between 315-345 calories in only 30 minutes.
