My affinity with workout challenges….. my problem is being able to follow through and complete them. Life’s interruption seem to take away my days from the challenges.
Currently I am doing two challenges. I am following Purely Twins and Tone it Up, Bikini Series.
Workout : Day 1 and 2 of Purely Twin Kettle bell Challenge.

Second day of Challenge: April 22nd : 25 KB swings and #Purely Training 67 (find on you tube). Fun! Short and sweet. I also completed TUI (Tone it UP) workout Itty Bitty HIIT workout.
