30 day BodyRock challenge

I am on my 27th day of the challenge.  Most of the workouts were fun. I tried their "stretch and dance" days and have to admit, not my fav.  I could have done without. Most of the body rockers also posted they didn't like the exercises. I am feeling better and have improved my push-ups.  

I am also doing the "Love your body series" by Tone It Up!  This is the most recent exercise
