What's all the buzz with Cross fit?


I have had many clients lately asking me about Cross Fit.  One client wanted to know if it would be safe to do a class in Cross Fit?  I had a second client tell me they had a great workout and were able to use the Pilates principles in class, ie... pull in belly button to spine, breath, focus, etc...
